Who we are
Turnkey Tech designs and hosts websites for tradespeople in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This site is run by Orion Koepke. You can reach us by calling or texting (817) 739-8740 or emailing orion@turnkeytech.co.
This policy covers turnkeytech.co, calls and texts to that number, and information we handle when we build or host a client’s website — including messages sent through a contact form on a site we host.
Turnkey Tech is based in Texas and our services are directed to people and businesses in the United States.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account on this website, and there is no working contact form on turnkeytech.co. The example sites under Examples show a quote form so you can see what one looks like. Those forms are demonstrations only — nothing you type into them is submitted, sent, or stored anywhere, and we never see it.
Tools on this website. The calculators and the invoice PDF tool run in your browser. We do not receive what you type, the logo you pick, or the PDF you download.
When you visit this website. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare to understand how the site is used and to help deliver and protect it. That typically includes pages you view, the date and time, your browser and device type, referring site, and an approximate location or country. Google may set cookies to tell visits apart. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, and collects similar usage metrics and technical request data — including IP address — to run its network, keep the site online, and show us traffic information. We do not use this to learn your name.
Maps on the example sites. The sample sites under Examples embed a Google Maps frame. When one of those pages loads, Google receives the request and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours.
When you call or text. We see your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us — for example your name, business, services, hours, photos, or the kind of site you want. We keep that so we can answer you and, if you hire us, do the work.
If you become a client. We keep what we need to design, host, and bill for your site. That can include your business name, contact details, logo, photos, reviews you supply, the web address we register or manage, and billing information for invoices.
Contact forms on sites we host. Some client sites let a visitor send a message. We process that message so it can be delivered to the business. The tradesperson is the one collecting it for their work — they decide what it is used for, and we only handle it on their instructions. We read those messages only to deliver them or to fix the form when it breaks. We do not use them to market Turnkey Tech, and we do not sell them. If you sent a message through a tradesperson’s site and want it deleted, contact that business; you can also contact us and we will pass it along.
How we use it

- To answer questions and provide our services
- To build, host, and keep client sites online
- To send invoices and talk with you about the work
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping duties
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell phone numbers. We do not share it for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process sensitive personal data for those purposes. Our Google Analytics is set up for ordinary traffic measurement, not advertising.
Cookies
This site uses cookies through Google Analytics, as described above. Cloudflare may also set cookies needed to deliver and protect the site — for example, to tell people from automated traffic. We do not use cookies to show you ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, analytics may not work, but the rest of the site will.
If you would rather Google Analytics not measure your visits at all, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who we share it with
We share information only when we need to operate the service or when the law requires it. That can include:
- Google, for analytics on this website, and for the map frames on the example sites
- Cloudflare, which hosts, delivers, protects, and measures traffic on this website and on the client sites we host
- The registrar we use to register and manage web addresses
- The email provider we use to send invoices, replies, and contact-form messages
- The payment company, if you pay by card. We do not collect or store full card numbers ourselves; the payment company handles that under its own policy
- Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information, or to respond to a lawful request or protect our rights
- A buyer or successor, if Turnkey Tech is ever sold or transferred — the information would stay subject to a policy like this one
We do not sell, rent, or share your information for someone else’s advertising.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold — encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site and the sites we host, access limited to Orion Koepke, and hosting with established providers. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
If we ever learn of a breach that affects sensitive personal information, we will notify affected people as required by Texas law, and notify the Texas Attorney General if the law requires that too. If the breach involves a client site we host, we will tell that client promptly so they can meet their own obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it to provide the service, keep business records, and meet legal requirements. If you are a client, drafts, site files, and backups may be kept while we host the site and for a short time after it comes down. Contact-form messages are kept so the form can be delivered and, if needed, debugged.
When we stop hosting a client’s site, we stop processing messages for it, and we delete or hand back that client’s data at their direction unless the law requires us to keep it.
Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics and Cloudflare settings and those companies’ retention rules.
Your choices and your rights
Call, text (817) 739-8740, or email orion@turnkeytech.co if you want to:
- Know what information we have about you, and get a copy of it
- Correct something that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Tell us not to sell it or use it for targeted advertising — we already don’t, but you can put it in writing
We will answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take up to 45 more. We may need to keep some records regardless — invoices, signed agreements, and anything the law requires us to keep. If you are a paying client, your signed agreement may also affect what we can delete while we are still hosting your site.
If we say no. You can appeal by replying to us and saying you want the decision reviewed. We will review it and give you a written answer within 60 days. If we still say no, you can complain to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
You can stop cookies in your browser, as noted above. You can also stop calling or texting us at any time.
Calls and texts
If you call or text us, we will use your number to reply to you and to work on your project. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not add you to a text list. If we ever start, it will be with your consent and you will be able to reply STOP to end it. Your carrier’s message and data rates apply to texts you send us.
If you become a client, we may send you invoices, project updates, and — if your plan includes it — a monthly email about how your site is performing. Every commercial email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Children
This site is for adults running a trade or small business. It is not directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect information from them, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the update here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell clients directly. Continued use of the site after an update means the new policy applies.
