This is not a client agreement
This website is marketing. Prices, plans, and descriptions here are information, not an offer you accept by visiting. We can change them. Visiting, calling, or asking for a preview does not create a contract to build or host a site.
If you hire us, we will ask you to sign a separate agreement and pay the setup invoice before a site goes live. That signed agreement — not this page — controls the work. A plain-language summary is in our Service Terms. Refunds and cancellations are summed up on our Refunds page.
Prices and examples
Prices on this site do not include tax. Tax is extra. Paid website plans have a setup fee and a monthly hosting fee. Launch keeps the site online without included edits; Growth includes up to four minor content changes each month. Bigger changes are quoted separately. Details on the homepage can change.
The plumber, landscaper, and handyman sites under Examples are sample demos built by Turnkey Tech to show what a finished site looks like. They are not real businesses. The company names, people, phone numbers, addresses, reviews, ratings, and any license or insurance claims on those pages are invented for the demonstration. No real customer wrote those reviews. The quote forms on them do not send anything to anyone. Do not call those numbers, treat those reviews as genuine, or present those sites as your own work or as a live company.
How you may use the site
You may browse this site for your own information. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the site, the example sites, or our brand to pass them off as yours
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or anything behind it
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or anything illegal
- Mislead people into thinking an example site is a real trade business
We may block access if we think these terms are being broken.
Our content
The Turnkey Tech name, this website, the example sites, writing, design, photos we created, and related materials belong to Turnkey Tech unless we say otherwise. Seeing them here does not give you a license to copy or reuse them, except for ordinary browsing.
Names, logos, and photos that belong to someone else stay theirs. Example-site trade names are fictional.
Content on the sites we host
Turnkey Tech hosts websites for its clients. The words, photos, reviews, prices, and license claims on a client’s site are that client’s, not ours. We do not review or approve them, and we are not responsible for them. If something on a site we host is wrong or objectionable, contact that business — or contact us and we will pass it along.
We may take a site down, or remove material from it, if we receive a credible legal complaint, a court order, or a report of abuse.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect copyright. If you believe material on this website, or on a site we host, infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the work you say is infringed
- The web address of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to find it
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

If we remove your material and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the Northern District of Texas).
We terminate hosting for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
No guarantees
This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Turnkey Tech and Orion Koepke disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that this site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of search ranking, leads, sales, or results for your business.
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Turnkey Tech and Orion Koepke are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we were told such damages were possible. If we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for anything connected with this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some limits may not apply if the law does not allow them. This section does not take away rights you cannot waive, and it does not limit liability that Texas law says cannot be limited.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of the State of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or your use of this website, and that Texas is the proper forum. Where the law permits the parties to fix the place of trial, we ask that it be Collin County, Texas.
Hiring Turnkey Tech is a separate matter with its own signed agreement, and that agreement — not this page — sets out how disputes about the work are handled.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the update here and change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means the new terms apply.
